Three-Year Warranty

Under normal conditions, a three-year limited warranty applies to our bronze, magnesium, Metalphoto^®, and zinc plaques and awards products. The warranty is voided if the metal material comes in contact with chemicals or if it is altered by tampering, drilling, bending, etc. after production by Pella Engraving & Sign Company. Pella Engraving & Sign Company will refinish or replace the product if the finish on the product itself breaks down due to natural causes. Do not use silicone adhesives on PEC products.
