Three-Year Warranty

Under normal conditions, a three-year limited warranty applies to our bronze, magnesium, Metalphoto^®, and zinc plaques and awards products.

The warranty is voided:

• If the metal material comes in contact with chemicals.
• If a product is altered by tampering, drilling, bending, etc., after production by Pella Engraving & Sign Company.
• If the plaque material is used in an environment against the recommendation of Pella Engraving & Sign Company, including but not limited to placing a magnesium product in a high-humidity environment.

Pella Engraving & Sign Company will refinish or replace the product if the finish on the product itself breaks down due to natural causes. Do not use silicone adhesives on PEC products.
